The College form should be filled out by the applicant\, and returned to the Huntley Project Lions & Lioness Club by March 15\, 2024. Students attending 2-year colleges\, 4-year colleges\, and trade schools are eligible to apply. Please submit 2 letters of recommendation with your scholarship form. The letters should be from individuals that can attest to your community service hours and experience in detail. Only one letter can be from a school faculty or staff members\, and the letters cannot be from a relative. Additional pages can be attached to the form.
